What Happens During A Private Meditation Session
Each private meditation session is held online or in person, depending on the format. We begin by arriving together, setting a simple intention and creating a clear structure for the practice. Depending on the session, the practice may include breath awareness, concentration, silence, music, spoken instructions or simple awareness exercises.
The practice is not always guided verbally from beginning to end. There is clear structure, instruction when needed and supportive presence throughout the session, while you also have space to practice in silence. The session closes with reflection and integration, so you can understand what you noticed and how to continue in daily life.
